Immacutec's Role In The Waste Management Industry

The company's president, Brett Lavery, has been conducting waste and packaging audits in North America since 1992. Subsequent to completing a contract with the Ontario Ministry of Environment, Mr. Lavery started provided services in the waste management industry to the IC&I sectors through a partnership operating under the name of CTC Waste Management ("CTC"). CTC and its partner, Browning-Ferris Industries ("BFI"), provided clients with waste audit services designed to provide companies with valuable information relating to their waste handling practices and waste diversion achievements. In 1996, the CTC partners established 3Rs Management ("3Rs") to expand the business of CTC into the development of new waste diversion programs and to facilitate their implementation. In 1998 Brett Lavery incorporated Immacutec Systems Technologies Inc. ("Immacutec") to meet the developing demand in the IC&I sectors for independent or impartial waste management consultants.

All Immacutec employees have undergone WHMIS and OHSA training and are fully bondable. Project managers have also completed training in the handling, storage and transportation of dangerous goods.
