Role In The Waste Management Industry
Immacutec serves the IC&I sectors with impartial
third party analysis of waste management systems and recommends
improvement to a facility's existing program. We place
our emphasis on providing up-to-date factual information
relating to recycling and reuse end-markets and service
providers.
As an active member of the Solid Waste Association of
America, and the Recycling Council of Ontario, Immacutec
promotes itself not only a waste management consulting
firm but as a warehouse of factual, informative and comparative
data. In a third party role, we assist our clients with
making decision regarding changes to their existing waste
management system. Often minor alterations may have either
cost considerations or may significantly impact a facility's
operating procedures. In either case, one of Immacutec's
Project Managers will an organization with making these
decision using our knowledge of the industry coupled with
the detailed information relating to your operation that
we have acquired through our Waste Assessment Program.
The company's president, Brett Lavery, has been conducting
waste and packaging audits in North America since 1992.
Subsequent to completing a contract with the Ontario Ministry
of Environment, Mr. Lavery started provided services in
the waste management industry to the IC&I sectors through
a partnership operating under the name of CTC Waste Management
("CTC"). CTC and its partner, Browning-Ferris Industries
("BFI"), provided clients with waste audit services designed
to provide companies with valuable information relating
to their waste handling practices and waste diversion
achievements. In 1996, the CTC partners established 3Rs
Management ("3Rs") to expand the business of CTC into
the development of new waste diversion programs and to
facilitate their implementation. In 1998 Brett Lavery
incorporated Immacutec Systems Technologies Inc. ("Immacutec")
to meet the developing demand in the IC&I sectors for
independent or impartial waste management consultants.

Immacutec's fees are upfront and based on the scope
of work as outlined in our proposals. We don't want a
piece of the savings realized from our services, we would
like our clients to invest their cost savings into additional
programs for further waste reduction.
Immacutec will design its Assessment to meet any
facility's needs. Projects and contracts can be short
or long term and sample size or period length can vary
from quaterly, semi-annual, annual or bi-annual. We also
offer on-going program monitoring, promotional materials
and spot audit services.

Safety, Security &
Confidentiality
All Immacutec employees have undergone WHMIS and
OHSA training and are fully bondable. Project managers
have also completed training in the handling, storage
and transportation of dangerous goods.

respect to their results and the operation of their facilities.
Insurance
Immacutec maintains general and professional liability
insurance and is in good standing with the Workplace Safety
Insurance Board.
